Rescheduling a Game at the HVSC Field
Tuesday, May 6th, 2008If a game needs to be rescheduled, the rescheduling form describes the process and captures the information needed to reschedule the game. Just download the form, select a new game date, enter all of the information on the form, and email the form to the opposing coach, the HVSC scheduler and the HVSC referee coordinator. Be sure to follow the process described in the form.
You must submit the request at least 5 days prior to the current or new game date.
