Rescheduling a Game at the HVSC Field
Thursday, April 29th, 2010If a game needs to be added, deleted, or rescheduled, the rescheduling form describes the process and captures the information needed. Just download the form, enter all of the information required on the form, and email the form to the opposing coach, the HVSC scheduler and the HVSC referee coordinator. Be sure to follow the process described in the form.
You must submit the request at least 5 days prior to the current or new game date.
